Tom Bois

Tom Bois, and his wife Donna, are certified as Biblical Counselors by the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. Tom and Donna are part of the Biblical Counseling Ministry at Grace Church of Orange in Orange, California. All biblical counseling provided by Tom and Donna is separate from any legal counsel provided by Bois Legal Counsel. Biblical counseling is provided to both non-believers and to Christian men and women to assist them through trials and to respond to conflict biblically in their marriages, family life, workplaces and communities (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 2 Peter 1:3). This world is full of sin, suffering, and confusion. We all know people in need of help and hope, yet many Christians do not feel equipped to counsel. It’s true that counseling can be daunting, but God’s Word has answers. Tom and Donna minister the Bible faithfully to those all who are in need of God’s truth.

Thomas J. Bois represents and counsels public and private businesses on a wide range of business transactions, compliance activities and legal disputes.

Tom has litigated and tried to verdict or judgment over 100 matters in the fields of:

• Business law,
• Construction,
• Employment,
• Environmental law, and
• Real Estate law.

He has earned the distinction of Master Advocate from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Tom has co-authored and authored four recognized legal texts and numerous journal articles. Tom has spoken before the American Bar Association, California Continuing Education of the Bar, Building Industry Association, AEHS and numerous other organizations. Tom is a member of the California, District of Columbia, Missouri and U.S. Supreme Court Bars. Prior to forming Bois Legal Counsel in 2001, Tom was a Partner at the international law firm of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold where he headed one of the firm’s practice groups. Tom is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management. Tom has also taught as an adjunct professor at the University of California-Irvine. Tom has been awarded the “AV” rating by the Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory.
